Initial Screen

The initial start up screen for the software.

All the main features and facilities of the software can be accessed via the navigation buttons available from this screen

Athlete Details

This screen is used to enter all your swimmers details.

Swimmers may be classed as either active or inactive, many of the software's facilities only display details for active athletes. This enables clubs to maintain a complete history of past results.

There is no limit to the number of swimmers that can be entered within the Club Edition software

Meet Details

This screen is used to enter the meet, gala or time trial details etc.

Use the Add, Edit or Delete buttons to enter, edit or delete a meet respectively

Once a meet has been created, users can begin entering results for that meet

Athlete Results Entry

This screen is used to enter or browse the athletes results for each meet

For ease of use and speed, predefined pull down lists are available for the following fields: Athlete, Stroke, Race Type and Period

Comments and race splits can be added for each result using the corresponding buttons. The Club Records button is used to check for and update any new club records. The Add Athlete button is used to quickly add new swimmers details.

Upon entry of the Time the user is prompted with an improvement factor (+/-) based upon the athletes previous best time for the event. If the time entered is a PB this will be automatically identified and updated.

The "RB" check box indicates whether the time is a Results Best i.e. the fastest result recorded for the athlete in that event

Relay Results Entry

This screen is used to enter or browse your relay team results

Comments and swimmers relay splits can be added for each result using the corresponding buttons.

The Check Relay Records button is used to check for and update any new club relay records 

Club Results Entry 

This screen is used to enter or browse your club results

This facility enables users to keep track of the clubs finishing positions, points totals and number of PB's recorded for their league gala's or championships etc... 

Athlete Personal Best Times

This screen is used to view or edit an athletes personal best times

For each athlete, a separate set of personal best times can be recorded for short course metres, short course yards, long course metres and long course yards events

The corresponding date can be recorded for each PB

Separate personal best times for relay splits can also be recorded

Swimmers PB's are automatically identified and updated when entering results in the Athlete Results Entry screen shown above

Athlete Progress Chart By Year

This screen displays the athletes annual progress for a specified event

The Performance Chart button can be used to preview and print a report of the corresponding graph

There are various options available that can be used to filter the results displayed by the graph 

Additional charts are available that display the athletes progress per meet date, half year, quarter or per the swimmers age

Club Records

This screen is used to browse, enter or edit your club records

Club records and their corresponding dates and holders can be recorded for all the standard competitive swimming events

New club records can be automatically detected and updated from the Athlete Results Entry screen shown above

The club record age groups are user defined and swimmers ages can be detected as either age on the day or age at 31st Dec

Club Relay Records 

This screen is used to browse, enter or edit your club relay records

Club relay records and their corresponding dates and holders can be recorded for all the standard competitive swimming events 

New club relay records can be automatically detected and updated from the Relay Results Entry screen shown above
