The following screenshots display some of the main features and facilities
available within the Meet Manager software:

Initial Screen
The initial start up screen for the software.
All the features and facilities of the software can be accessed
through the navigations buttons available from this screen

Pre Meet Facilities
The pre meet facilities are used to prepare all the necessary
meet information prior to the actual day of competition.
Within this section, users can access the facilities used to define
all the sessions, events and running orders for the meet, as well
as those for entering all the swimmers details and entries.

Meet Options
This screen is used to specify all the settings and options
for your meet.
The various settings that can be defined for each meet are
separated across a number of page tabs:
- Meet Details
- Graded Meets (the settings for A/B/C grade meets)
- Age Groups
- Award Tickets
- Swimmer / Entry Limits
- Seeding Options
- Points Options

Session Details
This screen is used to enter the details of each session
associated with your meet
The details that can be entered include the session number,
name and date along with the venue details, session times and
seeding details

Event Details
This screen is used to enter the details of all the events
required for your meet
Depending upon your meets settings, additional fields may be
visible when defining your events
The Qualifying Times, Cut Off Times and
Events Records buttons are used to enter or edit these
details for your events. The availability of these buttons is
dependant upon the settings defined for your meet.
The Copy Events button can be used to copy the event
details from a previous meet, including any associated
qualifying times, cut off times or event records

Running Order Details
Once users have defined their meet options, session details
and event details they can then construct a running order for
their meet using this screen
A list of events including any semi-finals and finals is
displayed on the left of the screen, simply use the arrow
buttons or double click with the mouse to add an event to your
running order which is displayed in the box on the right
The Copy RO button can be used to copy a running
order from a previous meet
The Reset RO button can be used to reset the running
order

Swimmers Input
This screen is used to enter the details of all the swimmers
and relay teams competing in your meet.
The Age At Meet field is automatically calculated
based upon the Age Calculation Date specified within
the Meet Options screen and the swimmers DOB
The swimmers Status is entered from a pull down list
which contains the following options:
- A - Accepted
- R - Rejected
- W - Withdrawn
By default the swimmers status is automatically set as
accepted
The Teams Input button is used to
switch to the relay teams input screen
The Entries Input and Entries Maintenance
buttons are shortcuts to the entry times input and entries
editing facilities

Entries Input
This screen is used to submit all the swimmers entries
To do this simply select a swimmer from the swimmers list,
this will display all the events that the swimmer is eligible to
enter in the events list. Select the event, enter an entry time
(or leave blank if there is none) and then click the Create
Entry button.
The eligible events displayed for each swimmer are based upon
the swimmers gender and age at the meet. This process ensures
that swimmers cannot be entered into the wrong age group or
gender for their events.

Entries Maintenance
This screen can be used to enter, edit or browse your meets
entries for each event
Select an event from the events list to display its
corresponding entries
To add an entry for an event simply add the swimmer to the
bottom of the entries list
Swimmers are added using a pull down list and only swimmers
eligible to compete in that event are available for selection
Swimmers entry times can also be added or edited from this
screen
The Seed Event button is used to automatically
assign the swimmers with a competitor number based upon their
entry times. Swimmers without entry times are seeded at random.
If required the competitor numbers can be manually entered or
edited for each event
The entry Status can also be specified from the
following options:
- A - Accepted
- R - Rejected
- W - Withdrawn
By default the entry status is automatically set as accepted.
Any rejected or withdrawn entries do not get seeded and do not
appear on the programs.

Pre Meet Reports
From this screen users can access all the pre meets reports and
printouts available including:
- Running orders
- Meet records, cut off times & qualifying times lists
- Program of events
- Entry cards
- Results recording slips
- Swimmer and entry lists
- Age group statistics
- Swimmer and entry statistics per club

Day of Meet Facilities
The day of meet facilities are used to run the meet of the day
of competition.
Within this section users can access the facilities used to seed
swimmers into heats and lanes and enter results

Seeding Details
This screen can be used to seed your competitors into heats
and lanes for each event
Competitors not competing can be scratched from the seeding
process
The actual seeding options are defined within the Meet
Options screen, in this example the last heats are
spearheaded.
The Reset button is used to reset the seeding
allocations for
the event
The Seeding Facility button takes you to the main
seeding facility where users can seed a specified range of events
simultaneously
The Seed Event button is used to seed the
competitors for the current event into heats and lanes
The Start Sheet Printing button takes you to the
main start sheet printing facility
The Start Sheet Ind button is used to preview or
print a start sheet for the current event

Results Entry
Once competitors have been seeded into heats and lanes and
the meet is under way this screen is used to enter all the
results
Results are entered per heat for each event. Use the
corresponding arrow buttons to navigate to the required event
and heat number.
The competitors for each heat are listed in lane order, so
users simply enter the time for each swimmer or specify if the
swimmer did not start (DNS) or was disqualified (DISQ)
For instances where swimmers in the same heat record the same
time then a judges decision can be entered in the Heat Pos
field
Overall positions for the event are calculated using the
Calc Positions button
If a points scoring system has been defined for the meet then
the competitors points for the current event can be determined
using the Calc Points button
The Results Printing button takes you to the main
results printing facility
The Results Sheet button is used to preview or print
a results sheet for the current event
The Reset button is used to reset the all results
and points for the current event

From this screen users can access all the day of meet reports
and printouts available including:
- Start sheets
- Results recording sheets
- Results sheets
- Points reports (including a medals table)
- Top times reports
- Results statistics
