Initial Screen
The initial start up screen for the software.
All the features and facilities of the software can be accessed
through the navigations buttons available from this screen

Session Plans
This screen can be used to browse, edit, enter or print your session
plans.
The session plan details are listed in date order for you to
scroll through
Session plans can be printed individually or grouped on a
weekly report
Session plan evaluations can also be entered or viewed from
this screen

Session Plan Entry
This screen is used to enter all the details of your session
plans
Add your training sets for the session and then specify the
details of the different exercises associated with each set
Up to four coaching points can be added for each exercise as
well as a target time, repeat time and / or rest time
Use the View Session Plan or View Session Plan
Full buttons to preview a printout of your session plan

Evaluations Module
This screen is used to access all your evaluations
Evaluations can be entered for each session, week, micro
cycle, meso cycle, macro cycle and annual training plan that has
been previously defined

Session Plan Evaluation
This screen is used to enter your evaluations for a specified
session plan
The number and type of evaluation details you wish to record
is user defined
Weekly, micro cycle, meso cycle, macro cycle and annual
training plan evaluations are entered in a similar fashion
Use the Preview Session Plan button to refer to the
session plan being evaluated
Use the Preview Evaluation button to preview a
printout of your evaluation

Annual Training Plan Design
This screen is used to enter the details of your annual
training plan
For each plan users can outline the details of the
corresponding macro cycles, meso cycles, micro cycles and
individual sessions
Session plans can be edited, printed or evaluated from this
screen using the corresponding buttons at the top of the page
The Auto Add Sessions button is used to
automatically create a series of blank sessions for the selected
micro cycle based upon the training sessions defined for each
group within the Basic Data Management module

Basic Data Management
This screen is used to define the basic data sets that
are used throughout the software
This enables teachers and coaches to incorporate their own
coaching terminology into the software
