Swim Club Edition Screenshots

The following screenshots display some of the main features and facilities available within the Swim Club Edition of the AquaSoft Club Manager software:

	Initial Screen The initial start up screen for the software. All the features and facilities of the software can be accessed through the navigations buttons available from this screen

	Membership Module This screen shows the facilities available within the membership module The blue buttons on the left are used to access the various membership reports

	Members Maintenance This screen is used to enter, edit or browse your members details A number of separate page tabs are available for users to enter or view the following details for each member: Member Details Medical Details Contact Details Subs Details Squad and Class Details Member Notes The Find Member pull down list is used to navigate between members The New and Delete buttons are used to add or delete members The Resigned button is used to transfer a member to the resigned members archive The Waiting List button is used to transfer a member to the waiting list

	Attendance Module This screen shows the facilities available within the attendance module This module is used to register your members attendance

	Awards Module This screen shows the facilities available within the awards module This module is used to define the details of your clubs awards and qualifications structures.

	Personal Best Times Module This screen shows the facilities available with the personal best times module The blue buttons on the left are used to access the various PB reports

	Personal Best Times This screen is used to enter, edit or browse your swimmers personal best times For each swimmer, a separate set of personal best times can be recorded for short course metres, short course yards, long course metres and long course yards events The corresponding date can be recorded for each PB Separate personal best times for relay splits can also be recorded The Find Member pull down list is used to navigate between members

	Club Records Module This screen shows the facilities available within the club records module The club record age groups are user defined within the Define Club Record Sets facility

	Club Records This screen is used to browse, enter or edit your club records Club records and their corresponding dates and holders can be recorded for all the standard competitive swimming events New club records can be automatically detected and updated from the Personal Best Times Entry screen shown above Swimmers ages can be determined as either age on the day or age at 31st Dec
